ItsFitness Boot Camp is a conditioning class that includes both strength training and cardiovascular exercises. This Boot Camp class is all about motivation, results, and fun; in a group environment. Perfect for all fitness levels; whether you’re just beginning a fitness program or have been exercising for years. M/W/F 5:50-6:45am
ItsFitness Small Group Training is a conditioning class that includes both strength training and cardiovascular exercises. It’s affordable, with personalized attention to each individual while maintaining the enthusiasm from a group environment. Wed 6:15-7:10pm
ItsFitness TRX® Suspension Training Improve your performance and take your training to the next level. You will develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. Train like an athlete pushing your levels and challenging your core. Mon 7:10-8:00pm, Tu/Th 5:15-6:00am or Tu/Th 6:00-6:45am or Tu/Fr 12:30-1:15 or Thur 9:15-10:00am

Your favorite Boot Camp instructors, Janet Jackson and Michelle Kennedy, will now be instructing ItsFitness Boot Camp.
